In this Soul Health Mentor episode, I want to speak about healthy boundaries in regard to social media usage and the virtual world.
Today I made the decision to delete my FB app on my devices to create healthy, non-addictive boundaries, that nourish me instead of depleting me.
Real life versus artificial life is calling me!
I am getting off the FB matrix and grid to experience more people in face-to-face connection, as well as more quiet time in nature, and enjoying good food, dancing, yoga, walking, breathing, and new things in the real world.
Any kind of addiction (even the social media kind) heals through connection. Connection is created by “coming home” to yourself: your true nature.
True connection does not happen artificially!Learn more about Soul Health Mentor Podcast & Company on my website nadiakrauss.com
