Hello and welcome to the Soul Health Mentor podcast! The intention of this introductory podcast is all about helping you discern if you connect to my energy and message and enjoy listening to the content I plan to share.

I am originally from Germany so I will be teaching you some German words and phrases on occasion, that don’t exist in the English language, in the context of supporting the message.
I will also be creating one German-spoken podcast episode once a month.
I show you how I get out of my mind to enter my heart because I don’t want to lead a life that becomes a legacy of self-abandonment.
I have been endowed with an ability to help others be more courageous in regard to their heart’s wishes and more patient to create the nurturing environment that grows those dreams. Also, how to become more decisive and gain crystal clear clarity quickly.

Getting out of your mind and into your heart gets easier when you regularly ask yourself these 3 questions:
Seeing where YOU! can reclaim the space you require, desire & deserve?
How do I feel ?
What do I need?
Do I need support
Applying lifestyle surgery
If not now, when?
If not you, who?
DON’T BE DEFINED BY WHAT YOUR MONKEY MIND IS TELLING YOU, IN THE MOMENT.
Learn to embrace the Divine Mind instead. The definition of Divine. mind is: “The capacity to understand and act.” That’s it! No monkeys required ;)
JOURNALING PROMPTS
Take a few moments with a pen and paper to reflect on the following:
How are you spending your time?
How are you using your energy?
What are you focusing on at the moment?
In which areas of your life are you overstimulated?
Are you open to building your Divine resources of authentic self-expression?
Let your answers show you the way to regularly do feeling check-ins with yourself. (those 3 questions I shared with you)
Keep a reminder of your feelings check-in somewhere where you can refer to it daily.
